Introduction
This Sales Policy governs the purchase of Zucora Home Protection Plans and related services.
All purchases are subject to acceptance by Zucora and the terms outlined in the applicable Service Agreement.
Plan Purchase
- Coverage options, pricing, and service fees are disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Plans must be activated for coverage to begin.
- Coverage applies only to eligible residential appliances listed under the selected plan.
Payments and Billing
- Plans may be billed monthly or annually.
- Payments must be successfully processed to maintain active coverage.
- Failed or missed payments may result in plan suspension or cancellation.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the terms stated in your plan confirmation and applicable provincial regulations.
