Introduction
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the customer ("You" or "Customer") and ZucoraHome Inc. ("Zucora", "We", or "Us"). By purchasing a Zucora Home Protection Plan ("Plan"), you agree to the terms set forth herein.
Definitions
Covered Appliance : An eligible item listed under your selected plan.
Service Call : A scheduled appointment for diagnosis and/or repair.
Administrator : ZucoraHome Inc., the entity responsible for managing this agreement.
Agreement Scope
This Agreement governs the services and obligations related to the appliance protection plan you have purchased. It outlines what is included, excluded, and the terms under which services will be provided.
Service Coverage
Your plan provides repair or replacement services for covered appliances due to mechanical or electrical failures resulting from normal use. Coverage begins after the waiting period mentioned in your plan confirmation.
Covered appliances may include:
Kitchen appliances (e.g., refrigerator, oven, dishwasher).
Laundry appliances (e.g., washer, dryer).
Add-on options (if selected).
Exclusions and Limitations
This agreement does not cover:
Pre-existing conditions.
Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents).
Failures from misuse or unauthorized repairs.
Commercial-grade or non-residential appliances.
Components not integral to operation.
Customer Responsibilities
Maintain appliances as per manufacturer guidelines.
Provide access for service appointments.
Notify us promptly upon discovering an issue.
Pay the applicable service fee at time of each service call.
Service Call Process
To request service:
Log in to your Zucora account.
Navigate to "Submit a Claim".
Provide required details and schedule an appointment.
A licensed technician will be assigned. Most claims are resolved within 48–72 hours, subject to parts availability.
Payment Terms
Plan fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected option.
Fees must be paid in full for active coverage.
Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
